- Day 1: Orientation and Culinary Basics
- Begin your adventure with a light lunch orientation acquainting you with the upcoming culinary experiences.
- Discover the basics of cooking through engaging demonstrations.
- Roll up your sleeves and dive into a hands-on cooking session.
- Relish a delicious dinner.
- Day 2: Culinary Exploration
- Wake up to a delightful breakfast to energize your day.
- Embark on a short tour of the region exploring its unique cultural and culinary highlights including Kerala truck art, Rubber Bands, Handloom weaving, Bean to Bar Chocolate, Coconut oil making and if available on that day a Local farmers Auction Market.
- Enjoy a light and refreshing lunch.
- On the way back shop in organic and plastic-free and grocer and utility shop.
- Take some time to relax and rejuvenate.
- Engage in another exciting cooking session of minimum 6 recipes.
- Savor a delicious dinner featuring your own culinary creations.
- Day 3: Market Visits and Culinary Adventures
- Start your day with a satisfying breakfast.
- Immerse yourself in the local nature and cultural scenario, including a river ride in a Local ferry, a visit to a Pineapple Market, Fruit and Vegetable shop, Kitchen Utility shops, and if interested, can visit an Ayurvedic Herb Shop, Artisan Clay Pottery workshop.
- Enjoy a light lunch to keep you fuelled.
- Indulge in some well-deserved relaxation.
- Dive into another hands-on cooking session refining your culinary skills.
- Delight in a farewell dinner celebrating the culmination of your culinary journey.

Accommodation in eco-friendly garden bungalows with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Rooms have en-suite washrooms with WC toilets.

Booking Process:
- Initial inquiry and availability check
- 30% nonrefundable deposit to confirm booking with mailing address and a copy of the passport which has validity for the dates of the program. Also make sure that you have a valid visa for the time of the program
- Balance payment on arrival which is nonrefundable except we could not conduct the program.
