• Learn the art of using spices and their significance in our Introductory Cooking session.
• Savour a delicious dinner prepared with the freshest local ingredients.

Day Two:

• Wake up to a scrumptious breakfast to fuel your day.
• Dive into another exciting cooking session where you’ll learn to prepare mouth-watering Kerala dishes.
• Indulge in a flavourful lunch followed by a guided tour of local markets and significant places of worship.
• Relax with a picturesque boat trip along the tranquil Muvattupuzha River.
• End the day with a delectable dinner showcasing the true essence of Kerala cuisine.

Day Three:

• Begin your day with a delightful breakfast before embarking on more hands-on cooking sessions.
• Enjoy a satisfying lunch followed by further exploration of the local food industry.
• Discover the art of lorry-decorating at a renowned workshop where the famous Kerala trucks come to life.
• Relish a flavoursome dinner immersing yourself in the diverse culinary wonders of Kerala.

Day Four:

• Energize your morning with a delicious breakfast preparing you for another exciting cooking session.
• Delight in a sumptuous lunch followed by a visit to a tea plantation and a captivating tour of local spices.
• Experience the aromas and flavours that make Kerala’s tea and spices so unique.
• Enjoy a final dinner cherishing the memories and Flavors of your incredible culinary journey.

Day Five:

• Savour a delightful breakfast as we bid you farewell, enriched with new culinary skills and unforgettable experiences.

Pricing Options (Valid until May 31, 2025):

• One cooking participant (occupying a double room): Rs. 65,760/-
• One cooking participant + one guest (sharing a double room): Rs. 76,200/-
• Two cooking participants (sharing a double room): Rs. 94,380/-

• Comfortable accommodation in our eco-friendly garden bungalows surrounded by lush trees and fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

• Hands-on cooking sessions with a minimum of 6 recipes lasting around 2 hours each.
• Refreshing bottled drinking water throughout your stay.
• Exciting trips as mentioned in the itinerary.

Not Included:

• Taxi fares to and from The Pimenta (additional transport can be arranged upon request).
• Tips or any new taxes to be levied.

Please Note: Our courses cater to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned cooks. Each session includes demonstrations and hands-on participation. We limit the number of participants to a maximum of eight, ensuring personalized attention. Solo travellers should be comfortable with the possibility of one-on-one experiences.
