Daily Itinerary

Day One:

  • Arrive and check-in, followed by a light lunch.
  • Take some time to unwind and relax at your leisure.
  • Discover the surprises of the Midlands through a short tour of the tropical forest garden.
  • Engage in a fascinating presentation on spices: unravelling the how and why, while participating in hands-on cooking to understand the kitchen and ingredients.
  • Savor a flavourful dinner.

Day Two:

  • Start your day with a delicious breakfast.
  • Explore the local attractions, including the vibrant pineapple market, an old Syrian Christian church, a Hindu temple, and a mesmerizing potter’s artisan workshop.
  • Embark on a serene river ride along the Muvattupuzha River in a charming punting boat.
  • Visit the Kerala truck art.
  • Relish a lunch in a local restaurant.
  • Indulge in an interactive cooking experience lasting 2 to 3 hours, featuring 6 to 8 recipes tailored to your skill level.
  • Conclude the day with a delightful dinner.

Day Three:

  • Enjoy a fulfilling breakfast and bid farewell, taking with you cherished memories and newfound culinary skills.

  • Cooking Participant + Accompanying Guest (sharing a double room): ₹37,620 (starting from $450 USD)

Accommodation & Amenities

Our eco-friendly values reflect in the cool ambiance of our kitchen and communal spaces, fitted with ceiling fans. Our bungalows are nestled amidst the shade of beautiful trees, providing a serene atmosphere.

Booking Information

  • The courses accommodate a maximum of eight participants, with no minimum requirement.
  • Solo travellers should feel comfortable with the possibility of one-on-one interactions.
  • The program can start on any day except Saturday.

  • Nearest Airport: Cochin International (45 – 60 minutes)
  • Railway Station: Ernakulam 150 minutes Aluva 100 minutes and Kottayam 150 minutes
  • Transportation assistance available

Best Time to Visit:

  • Ideal: January, February, March, April, May, July, August, September, October, November and December
  • Monsoon cooking: June-September
  • Peak season: December-March

Booking Process:

  1. Initial inquiry and availability check
  2. 30% nonrefundable deposit to confirm booking with mailing address and a copy of the passport which has validity for the dates of the program. Also make sure that you have a valid visa for the time of the program
  3. Balance payment on arrival which is nonrefundable except we could not conduct the program.
  4. Confirmation with detailed information pack
